By accessing this website, submitting a territory application, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you’re authorized to bind that company.

Catalyst researches local markets, builds and operates its own digital marketing assets, markets them, and routes the resulting phone calls and form submissions to a single contractor partner per territory. We own and maintain those assets. Becoming a partner gives you exclusive access to the leads generated for your trade and territory while your partnership is active — it does not transfer ownership of any website, asset, phone number, or ranking to you.

Submitting an application does not create a partnership or guarantee acceptance. Because each territory is exclusive to one partner, we vet applicants and may decline or waitlist any application at our discretion. We may verify the licensing, insurance, reputation, and capacity information you provide, and you agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you’re authorized to provide it.

• Program access and per-lead pricing. Our pricing has two parts: a recurring program-access fee that holds your exclusive territory, and a per-lead charge for the leads we deliver. Per-lead pricing depends on your trade and market, and both amounts are confirmed with you before your territory goes live.
• Screening and disputes. Leads are screened before delivery. If a delivered lead is not a genuine prospect — for example spam, a robocall, a wrong number, or a contact who did not request service — you may dispute it through your partner portal within the window described in your partner agreement, and qualifying disputes are credited.
• Partner agreement controls. Specific commercial terms — pricing, payment timing, lead volume expectations, dispute windows, and exclusivity details — are set out in a separate written partner agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the partner agreement controls for partners.

As a partner, you agree to:

• Hold and maintain the licensing, insurance, and qualifications required for your trade and area;
• Respond to leads promptly and serve homeowners professionally and lawfully;
• Comply with all applicable laws when contacting and serving consumers, including telemarketing, calling, texting, and recording laws;
• Handle any consumer information you receive responsibly and only for serving that lead.

We work hard to generate quality leads, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, search ranking, conversion rate, revenue, or business outcome. Lead volume and quality vary by trade, territory, seasonality, competition, and how quickly you follow up. Illustrative figures on this website are examples, not promises.

The websites, assets, phone numbers, content, trademarks, and software we use to generate leads are owned by Catalyst or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership or license to them beyond the exclusive access to leads described in your partner agreement. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or repurpose our assets.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, submit false or fraudulent information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our site and services rely on third-party providers and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for leads in the three months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Catalyst harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the services, your work with homeowners, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Catalyst Digital is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms or change the services from time to time. When we update the Terms, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or end your access to the site if you violate these Terms. Partnership start and end are governed by your partner agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
