1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you give us. When you submit the territory application form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, service area, state, and the trade(s) you want leads for. If you contact us, we keep the contents of that correspondence.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and how you interact with the site, using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review your territory application and confirm whether your trade and area are available;
- Contact you about your application, vetting, and partnership by phone, text, or email;
- Provide, operate, and improve our lead-generation services and this website;
- Route qualified leads to you if you become a partner, and administer billing and disputes;
- Protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Calls and text messages
By submitting the application form or providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by Catalyst at that number — including by phone call and SMS text message — about your territory and partnership, including through automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by contacting us at legal@catalystdigital.lol.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers. With vendors that help us operate — for example hosting, analytics, email delivery, call routing, and customer-relationship tools — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Vetting and onboarding. With people involved in reviewing and onboarding you as a partner, and to verify licensing, insurance, and reputation you tell us about.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Catalyst, our partners, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Leads and the Catalyst service
Catalyst builds and operates local marketing websites and routes the resulting calls and form submissions to a single contractor partner per territory. If you are a homeowner or consumer who submitted an inquiry on one of those local websites, your information is handled to connect you with the local service provider for your area, and is governed by the notice presented on that website. This Policy governs information collected through catalystdigital.lol and from our contractor partners and applicants.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and understand usage through analytics providers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works. We honor recognized browser privacy signals where required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to evaluate your application, maintain a partnership, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — after which we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at legal@catalystdigital.lol. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites and services we don’t control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy notices.
11. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
