How much does it cost?
Two parts: a flat monthly fee for program access that holds your exclusive territory, plus a set price per lead we deliver. Per-lead pricing depends on your trade and market (a high-ticket job is worth more than a low-ticket one), and you can dispute any lead that isn’t real. You’ll get exact numbers on your partner call, and there’s no cost to apply.
What if a lead is spam, a wrong number, or not a real prospect?
You don’t pay for it. Every call runs through CallShield screening first, and anything that still isn’t a genuine prospect can be disputed in your partner portal and credited back — no arguments. That’s the screened-or-free guarantee: you’re never stuck paying for a junk lead.
Are these exclusive leads or shared?
100% exclusive. Every call and form from your territory goes to you and only you. We never resell, auction, or split a lead across multiple contractors — that’s the whole point of one partner per territory.
How do disputes work?
If a lead isn’t legitimate — spam, a robocall, a wrong number, or someone who clearly never asked for a quote — you flag it in your partner portal. We review it and credit it back. Because we’re paid per real lead, we have every incentive to keep junk out in the first place, not to fight your disputes.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long lock-in. Your territory stays yours as long as you’re an active partner taking the leads. If it’s not working, you’re not trapped — but most partners stay because the lead flow compounds as the assets mature.
How fast do the leads start?
It depends on your market. Some territories run on assets that already rank and can start delivering quickly; newer markets ramp over the first several weeks as the assets climb. We’ll tell you honestly which one you’re walking into.
Who owns the website and assets?
We do. You’re not buying a website or paying to build one — you’re getting exclusive access to the leads our assets produce. We handle the building, ranking, marketing, and upkeep at our cost.
